such luck

2 things:

1. I got locked out today. I only discovered about that after a long stroll home in the fucking hot sun, humming and thinking to myself that it was such a good day because I knocked off early. Joke.
2. My new wallet came... with a security device tightly secured to the bills compartment. Like, WHAT THE FUCK. It was the size of a thumb, white, and looped tightly to the wallet by means of thick, entwined copper wires covered with a layer of pvc. FUCK. How am I going to remove that on my own?! You would have thought that the shipping people at Kate Spade would have better sense to remove the security device before shipping out their items... no. They had to show their customers just how stringent they were with their security. Free security devices with every wallets!
I had to cut some fabric inside the wallet. Fuck. Luckily it was hidden.
